Multicolour enamel decoration rig - for cooking vessels with four different colour stations around intermittently operated turntable

Cooking vessels receive a decorative enamel by applying to the wet unfired enamel layer an enamel powder, mixed with a bonding agent which softens during drying. The vessels are fired after drying. Prior to drying and firing, several enamel or other decorative powders, mixed with the bonding agent, are applied in turn to the wet unfired basic enamel layer. The powders which differ from each other by their colour or structure are applied from hoppers and stencils arranged in several stations around a turntable carrying the vessels. This is a rapid and inexpensive method of applying multicoloured decorations on curved surfaces.
