The exchanger is of the type having a centrally, rotatably supported exchanger disc with flow channels for flow in two directions separated by seals. The disc is supported on an axially secured bearing bush fixed to the central shaft such as to permit the bush to tilt, while the disc may slide on the bush, all in accordance with 2313165. The internal gear teeth in the bush mesh with curved teeth on the ring which is secured on the shaft. Distance pieces may be provided with flanges acting as axial stops to the internal teeth. The bearing surface of the bush may be provided with a coating of nickel oxide.
