Suspended fireproof false ceiling carrier frame - with polygonal cross-connector base-plate, U-couplings and Z-shackles

The frame comprises cross connecting-pieces hung on the main ceiling, and butt-joined open-U-sectioned carrier rails attached to these, with shanks bent inwards and downwards at the open end. The cross connecting-pieces consist of one or more U-shaped coupling pieces and Z-shaped holder shackles, and a regular polygonal base-plate cross-piece with punched-out corners adjoining vertically bent sides; these are inserted in the groove in the bent-over stem of the coupling-piece and form-locked by the shackles. Connection with the carrier rails is effected by inserting the shank of the coupling-piece into the rail's bent shank. This is easily assembled and secure.
