Hot-air circulating roasting, baking and grilling oven - has deflector plate forming top air duct with passages

The oven makes use of a hot air circulating system, esp. for even and thoroughly distributed cooking of large joints of meat and other foodstuffs, with a circulating ventilator driving the air through a heating grill and channelling part of the hot air upwards. The deflector metal plate is inserted to form a top guide duct, and this has holes passing through it for evenly spread hot air action on the dishes being cooked. The holes may be exclusively fitted lengthways in the central area, and pref. over the whole width of the plate. Even cooking of large or awkwardly shaped pieces is easily ensured.
