The assembly, for hanging a concrete component on hoisting or lifting gear, comprises an anchoring element for concreting into the component, with a base, and an attachable connecting piece with a hoist-connecting device (as in 2335394), the anchoring element being a tubular section with the connecting piece as a cylinder which is insertable in this, with projecting element locking onto the coupling elements when it is rotated. The connecting piece here serves a dual role, being formed at the same time as a cable clamp for the cable and the hoist-connecting device, which is in the form of a cable sling. The clamp may be form-locked onto the surface structure of the cable near the impressed coupling elements.
