The second aperture in the housing is fed by low frequency sound through an indirect path. An exponential horn is inserted between the loudspeaker and the first sound outlet aperture, ending near the diaphragm, where its diameter is smaller than that of the diaphragm; this horn end is connected to the diaphragm by an elastic corrugation which seals it; the outer part of the diaphragm is connected with an enclosed chamber damped by sound absorbing material, while its near side feeds the second sound outlet through the indirect passage. Alternatively the outer part of the loudspeaker diaphragm may feed the second sound outlet, while its near side is connected with the damped chamber.
