A coupling for joining at least two pipes, has a longitudinally split member with a transverse bore into which a tube can be fitted, and at least two cylindricla portions over which the ends of further tubes can be fitted to clamp the assembly together. Each cylindrical portion has a rised annular ring in order that the gap between the two split halves is compressed thus firmly securing all tubes by virtue of the resilience of the member. The ends of the further tubes can be replaced by annular rings if desired.
