Dispenser for playing cards - deals one or several cards to two or more players

The card dispenser base carries a rotatable housing containing a motor and battery. The motor drives a turntable through a pinion and internally toothed wheel. A second pinion is driven by the gear wheel which forms part of the housing. The pinion drives a crank which operates the slide forming the dispensing mechanism. The housing contains two switches and which are operated by the cams when the housing is pushed in the required direction of rotation. Once the motor starts to drive, the housing then remains stationary and when all the cards are dispensed the weight which is placed on top of the cards operates the switch to stop the machine.
