Male urinary incontinence appts. has a soft, flexible receiver and a soft, flexible, shape-retaining connector formed by a body with a cavity, with an internal opening and outlet to receive the glans penis. A flexible tube connects the outlet with the receiver, and a unit holds the connector to the penis when the glans is in the cavity. Preferably a sleeve of mesh material is attached with one end at the opening of the connector and is open at the other end to receive and hold the penis. A one-way valve is between the tube and the receiver interior.
