Resistance measurement circuit - eliminates the effect of resistance of wires connecting measured with a measuring circuit

One terminal of the object to be tested is connected through a first wire to one terminal of a current source, and its other terminal is connected through a second wire of the same resistance as the first, to the current source other terminal, and to the noninverting input of a differential amplifier through a third wire. The amplifier inverting input is connected through a first resistor to the end of the second wire, and through a second resistor of teh same resistance as the first, to the amplifier output. The amplifier output voltage is collected between its output and the end of the first wire. In a more elaborate form of the circuits a second amplifier is connected as a second stage to the first.
