S,S-dialkyl S-halobenzyl trithiophosphate fungicides - for protection of rice against piricularia oryzae

Fungicidal compsns contg. as active component =1 cpds. of formula (I) (where R and R1 are 1-3C alkyl; Hal is halogen, pref. Br, n is 1, 2 or 3). A concn. contg. 0.1-5 g/l of (I) is effective against Piricularia oryzae. A pref. cpd. S,S-dimethyl S-(4-bromobenzyl) trithiophosphate has systemic activity even when sprayed on surrounding soil.
