Synergistic DNOC/MCDA or 2,4-D/CMPP compositions - as a selective herbicide for cereal crops

Herbicidal compsn. comprising DNOC, MCPA or 2,4-D, and CMPP, pref. in the concn. ranges of DNOC 10-80%, 86-10% of CMPP, and 4-80% of MCPA or 2,4-D. Suitable for control of weeds in cereal crops with lower doses of the individual herbicides giving reduced phytotoxicity to the crop. Weeds controlled include bluet, red poppy, speedwell, field marguerite, cleavers, sorrel, harvest daisy, thistle, chickweed, fumitory and feverfew. Application rates of 2480 g/ha in spring cereals and 3100 g/ha for winter cereals are recommended.
