Floor sheet with trapezoidal section grooves - groove ends slope to reduce groove depth and impart rigidity

The floor sheet which is prefabricated for use on site, can be mounted on beams. The unit is designed to have minimal depth and maxmum strength for a minimum thickness of metal. The sheet of metal (1) contains two grooves (2) which reduce in depth towards the ends of the sheet. The end sections are flat. The sloping sections of the grooves (3) occupy one sixth of the length of the sheet whilst the depts of the grooves are one fortieth of the sheet length. When the sheets are in place they are covered by a sheet of material forming air ducts.
