In the casting of (foamed) concrete, a water-contg. raw mixt. is introduced into a casting mould in which reinforcement units, with an element for fixing, are introduced, the inner walls of the casting mould and the element being coated with a release agent in order to prevent or reduce the adhesion of the (gas) concrete. The release agent applied is a finely divided metal which can react with the alkaline consists. in the (gas) concrete.
