The free ends of the springs have a hole into which fits a projection made in one piece with the brush; the projection cross-section is smaller than that of the brush; the spring has at least one lip bent outwards at an acute angle and projecting into the hole to trap the projection on the brush and prevent its withdrawal; a second lip opposite the first is provided; the other end of the spring has a cutting-out for the connecting cable.
