Body fluid influencing implant - having a reservoir communicated with the body fluid

Body fluid in a body cavity of a human being is controlled by situating an implant in the cavity, the implant receiving the body fluid and having in its interior an agent which is contacted by the body fluid to influence it. A reservoir containing a large supply of the agent is placed in communication with the implant so that influence of the agent on the fluid can be maintained effective over a long peirod. The implant can be used to supply a spermicidal agent to the vas deterens.
