Securing preformed construction elements - using tension members fixed to plates connected to elements which brace and press elements together

Securing for preformed construction elements before they are fixed in position consists of tension members which brace and press together the connecting points of the elements. Plates are fixed to the inner or outer sides of the elements, pref. pointing away from the parts securing the tension members and the tension members are fastened to the plates and tensioned on them so that the resultant force acts upon the middle section of the plates. This middle section serves as a support point for a working cylinder provided for tightening up the tension members. An inclined foot plate is across the gap between the bottom end of two downward inclined plates and rests on the inclined surface of a section of the building element, at an angle of 40-90 deg. to this surface.
