Automatic alkalinity control of reflux water - with titration to certain pH-value and warning if value drops below minimum

The alkalinity of the reflux water in open-loop cyclic evaporation systems is automatically controlled by opening and closing reservoirs in programmed intervals and by titration to a certain pH-values above the colour pH-value of the detector system. A warning signal is produced when the pH-values drop below a set minimum. This system can be used in cases where the alkalinity must be kept very low (30-100 ppm. as CaCo3); it is more sensitive than the use of conventional pH-meters alone.
