The large tank used to hold water is placed low down between the chassis. Motor driven pumps are rapidly removable from the vehicle and can be carried by one or two men. Flexible hoses between pumps and vehicles improve filling and discharge in rough terrain and on slopes. A built in hydraulic power system with quick action valves permits rapid operation of appliances. Fire retardant foam materials can be carried and mixed in the tank for pumping or spreading. An elevating bucket can be fitted in front. Four men are required, two in the cabin and two seated at the rear of vehicle.
