The network located in a housing (8) comprises a metallic plate base (1) a screening box and a coaxial connector (4), at the centre of the base, whose exterior conductor is electrically connected to the base. The base (1) has a slot (2) for the RC network which has the form of an engraved circuit (3) which carries elements and in which the guidance channels form the R and C elements. The plate (3) is fixed by means of a screw in the slot (2). The conductor (6) from the interior of the coaxial connector (4) to the plate (3), comprises the first resistance of the RC network.
