Radiation heating device for converting bakers ovens - with heated sealed tubes partially filled with water

Radiation heating device can be adapted for all ovens and partic. bakery ovens. It consists of hollow tubes which are 1/3rd filled with water, or other suitable liq., leaving 2/3rds. of the tubes to act as an expansion chamber. The tubes are welded at their ends and are placed directly in the oven through the door, one being placed against the other. One these elements are placed in the oven, a plate covers the assembly of the bases of the elements and receives the loaves or other foodstuffs, for cooking. Hot gases are circulated from an additional chamber, by burning wood or fuel oil, through a channel in the centre of the base.
