Nail-brush dispensing attachment for ultra-violet irradiation water sterilizer. Comprises a vertical sleeve detachably mounted in the sterilizer casing and loaded with brushes which are gravity fed towards a bottom outlet each time a brush is extracted from the outlet which is normally covered by a shutter adapted to be displaced temporarily when a user wishes to withdraw a brush. Pref. the shutter is spring-loaded towards a closed position and opened automatically each time sterilized water is drawn off, e.g., the shutter being displaced by a single-acting, hydraulic cylinder actuated by a branch flow of sterilised water when the water outlet solenoid valve is opened.
