A herbicidal compsn. contains 10-75% w/w or 1-phenyl-4-amino-5-halopyridaz-6-one (halo is Cl or Br) as active component in an aq. suspension. The herbicidal action of the compsn. is faster, more effective than that of known formulations of the herbicide, partic. in dry climates. The new compsn. are easily miscible with other plant protection agents, they are not dusty like known formulations; they may readily be improved in activity by addn. of adhesives and wetting agents.
