The device comprises a pressure measuring apparatus (20) installed in the pipe (8); a liquid sampling apparatus (9) also installed in the pipe and which delivers the liquid sample to two electro-valves (30, 31) mounted in parallel; a distributor having a free piston (36) and whose chambers on both sides of the piston are linked to an electro-valve and to a reservoir (38) across the latter; and a control box (26) linked electrically to the pressure measuring apparatus (20) and to an electrical current source. The control box records the information produced by the pressure measuring apparatus and transmits this as a control signal to one or other of the electro valves.
