Parts 5 of each scale may be coloured. A transparent cursor 3 has a segment missing to define edges 6 representing therebetween an 8 hour sleeping period. Meal times may be marked on the cursor. Lower disc 1 may bear an additional circular scale, Fig. 3 (not shown), overlaid by upper disc 2, which is transparent and bears a circular marking to encompass a chosen graduation of the additional scale. The additional scale graduations are 0-12 East and 0-12 West.
