The process is for provision of roof cladding and thermic insulation in a building, esp. one of the industrial type, where there are roof support components to serve as seating for a roof covering, esp. a metal one. The lining (14) is fitted at a point below the level of the top parts of the roof supports (2), with work carried out from above. The roof covering is then fixed in place above the support components and the cladding (14) is either provided with sufficient thermic insulation of its own, or thermic insulating material (16) is applied on top of it. The cladding may consist of panels or plates immediately below the support components.
