Sun-roof awning-roller hood building fixture - with hook-ended coupling-piece between fixture support and hood

The sun-roof assembly incorporates a hood which accommodates a roller for winding up an awning canvas, and has a shaped-section unit to which the edge of the canvas is coupled, and fixture supports for attachment of the hood to the building concerned. A coupling-piece (53) is fitted between the fixture support (46) and the hood (1), and this has a hook-shaped component (55) near one of its ends, which engages in the fixture support. One end may have a tongue, lying in a recess in the support, while the other end rests on a batten on the support, running across the coupling-piece. The structure can be attached to the building at any point along the length of the hood, so that the length of the hood and the canvas need not be affected by the position of the structure relative to the building.
