The machine has a frame with coupling device to a tractor three-point linkage. It incorporates a pump with a cylinder (85) and a piston with rod (84) attached to members of the coupling devices. Thus when the machine is lifted the components of the pump move in relation to each other. On lifting, the pump can be coupled to the upper arm of the tractor three-point linkage and in particular to an arm pivoting in relation to the remaining portion of the coupling device, the arm being attached by a second pivot pin, to the rear of the arm pivot axis when seen in the direction of travel, on the pump. The arm axis can coincide with the uppermost coupling point of the three-point linkage.
