The overvoltage limiter holder has a plastic material case (1) and recesses (15) for overvoltage limiting devices. These overvoltage limiting devices prevent overvoltage due to electromagnetic pulses produced by, for example, lightning. The recesses (15) of the holder are opened on one side and are separated by a partitioning wall (13). The partitioning wall (13) is made of a steel strip secured in the base of the case (1). On opposite sides of two recesses (15) there are metal contacting strips (19). The metal contacting strips (19) pass through a slot in the case (9) and also provide a terminal (17). The metal strips (19) are also connected to devices (K) and terminals (24).
