A system of panels which can be fixed to a supporting framework and which can engage or overlap one another to enclose the walls and/or roof of a building by use of a combination of modular panels and adjustable panels which can be dismantled and re-assembled to fit any size of building. Pref. each panel comprises a sheet of composite plastic material which can be fitted with =1 profiles which can engage complementary profiles on adjacent panel(s). Other panel borders may feature reinforced eyelets or perforated plastic strips for tying the panel to the support structure. Alt. ties may comprise flexible webbing welded to the panel and able to wrap round support bar(s) at various distances and then engage an ancillary bar with a rigid hook on the end of the flexible web. Pref. the webbing and the hook are integrally fused components of flexible and rigid PVC respectively. The basic panels comprise a sandwich of a textile mesh between layers of a sheet material of pref. PVC or polyethylene contg. colourants, additives and fillers.
