Heat transfer facility as heater - with non gas side of transfer wall extending over most of fluidised gas side bed height

Heat transfer facility composed of transfer walls to provide heat exchange between two fluid media, one being a gas which is also responsible for generating a fluidised bed on the gas side of the transfer walling. The opposing side of this walling, i.e. the non-gas side, extends over at least 70% of the fluidised bed height. Preferably the walling is provided in the form of a flat tube whose longitudinal transverse sectional axis is in the vertical direction. The facility may also be designed as a cross and counterflow transfer system, the walls constituting two pipes in vertical superposition. Preferably the wall areas above the area exposed to the transfer medium should be such as to provide a larger gas space here than the width of the fluidised bed below.
