Oil burner with high burning efficiency - has central burner nozzle within flame tube provided with deflector disc

The oil burner has a rating within the range of eighteen to thirty five millions calories per hour. It is provided with an oil supply device, air blower and the burner head. This burner system has the same burning efficiency as the burners with higher ratings. The burner has oil supply (1) and an air blower (2) for the burner head (3), which has a flame tube (4) with a section (4b) which narrows towards outlet opening (4a). A deflector disc (6) with central opening is placed in front of the burner nozzle (5) within the flame tube. The outside edge (6b) of the deflector plate forms an annular gas (7) with the flame tube edge. This deflector disc has a diameter varying from eleven to fourteen millimetres and the air blower provides a gauge pressure of thirty two up to thirty six millimetres of water column.
