Double-skinned wall outer sheath connecting anchor - with plastic sheath over coaxial alignment device's compensating component

The anchor for connecting two relatively movable building elements comprises two anchor members, connected by a compensating component which has a connecting member hinged to the anchor members. The device for coaxial alignment of the anchor members when the tie is not loaded, as incorporated here, has a plastic sheath (19) fitting over the compensating component and the adjoining parts of the anchor members (4, 4a). The plastic sheath may be shrunk on, and may be rubber-elastic. The interfacing ends of the anchor members may have spherical heads, fitted in hollow spherical seats (18) in the compensating component, which is, pref. all in one piece. The anchor can be used for fixing the outer shell of a double-skinned wall.
