Building element with two parallel plates - has transverse waved plate filling forming sandwich construction

The building element is of sandwich construction consisting of two parallel plates of nail accepting material. Between these are at least two parallel strips of wave-like fillets with toothed members along their longitudinal edges which are embedded in the parallel plates. Various detailed shapes of the cross members are described, with pleated, trapezium or Z-shaped geometries being possible forms. The main beams have surface plates attached and may have groove edges to spring clip attachment to adjacent beams for ceiling construction. Surface plates are from 10-25mm. thickness and fillet plates, of metallic material, from 0.5 to 7mm thick.
