The pressure socket joint, for concrete-stressing bars with surface profiling, involves anchoring a bar end, with a socket pressed onto its as pressure anchor, between successive sections of a stressed concrete structure, with support against a pressure ring. An elastic ring fitting against the pressure ring encompasses the pressure anchor, and a further elastic ring is fitted on the end face of the pressure socket towards the succeeding structure section. The pressure anchor and the adjoining pressure socket are encased in the sealing slide material. Unchecked subsequent stressing is made feasible, enabling continuously even prestressing to be attained in the whole load bearing structure after joint-gap casting.
