A stand (2) has a securing flange (13) at its lower end and a boom arm (6) which swivels around a vertical axle (5) on the stand. The boom has parts (7, 9) which swivel in relation to each other around a vertical axle and a hoist (11) is mounted on the boom with a collet (12) which can be raised or lowered with the hoist. The hoist (11) consists of a hydraulic cylinder (26) whose piston rod (27) supports a roller over which the rope (31) of the hoist is fed. The axle on the stand for the boom runs parallel to the axle of the stand (2).
