Gyrojet rocket firing attachment for small arms - is held on barrel and has firing gas actuated firing pin

The attachment for rifles and pistons is used for firing of rockets and gyrojets from rifles and pistols. The attachment is mounted on the barrel for extending the firing scope of small arms. This attachment can also be used for firing of large rockets which are initiated with a firing pin. The attachment is held on the firearms barrel. The attachment has a firing pin which is actuated by gases produced on firing a cartridge. These gases are diverted from the barrel which guides the bullet. The firing pin initiates the rocket propulsion charge when the firing pin is forced for ward by gases. these gases enter the chamber and they escape through the venting hole in the attachment.
