The assembly is for fixing prefabricated wall panels or slabs to carrier supports, with a fixing holder for screwing to a concreted anchoring component on the support, and slots facilitating compensation for a guide lug concreted on the wall slab. The solid anchoring plate has serrations on its exterior surface, matched by similar ones on the fitting surface of the holder. The part of the holder on the support side incorporates a slit, running across the serrations for entry by the fixing screw; and a thickened part on the wall slab side incorporates another slit, lying along the plane of the slab, channeled with a deep guideway for passage by the guide lug seated on the slab component. Automatic compensation and adjustment are offered in different directions, and secure form-locked connection is ensured, while adequate provision for dimensional tolerance is maintained.
