The holder consists of a rigid component and a coaxial soft elastic component. The rigid component matches the outline of the housing area, so that the transducer capsule is correctly positioned, while its inner outline ensures a proper holding of the soft elastic component, which in turn provides an annular elastic supporting surface for the transducer holding the inserted capsule only by its lateral surface. The holder rigid component has at least one radial projection (6) or recess engaging the housing inner wall to fix the holder against rotation. Another asymmetrical projection (8) stretching in the axial direction serves to protect the connecting cord (9) against pulling forces.
