The cage rests on a pole for placing outdoors and the walls may be cylindrical in shape. On the top of the cage-wall is a ring-bearing which by means of ball bearings connects with a second ring-bearing inside the roof. An adjustable surface is fixed to the roof. A wind-shield is also fixed to the roof and moves in relation to the cage-floor, and forms part of the cage wall. The roof is conical and is pivot-mounted on a bearing on the top of a pole which passes through the cage and the cage floor. The supporting pole is itself surrounded by a protective sleeve which is fixed relative to the cage itself.
