The grain mill accessory comprises two milestones, wherein the upper fixed mill stone (18) is inserted in a cylindrical grain collecting container (10) which serves as the supply hopper and is designed to fit onto the kitchen machine. The lower rotatable millstone (22) is mounted on a vertical drive shaft (24) which when the container (10) is fitted on can be coupled with the driven shaft of the kitchen machine. The upper edge of the container (10) can be closed by a lid (30) which comprises a peripheral edge (32) having on the underneath an annular groove (34) into which the upper edge of the container (10) is oushed when fitting the lid. Spoke webs (36) project radially inwards from the edge of the lid to support a central hub (38) with a central opening (40) through which the rotatable drive shaft (24) projects. A nut (42) can be screwed onto the outer thread of the projecting end of the drive shaft in order to adjust the pressure of the stones.
