Conversion of spoken sounds to written text - using series of electrical filters converting from high to low status

A system for conversion of a spoken sound into a written text has a series of electrical filters through which the sound to be converted is passed. The filters which are set for the appropriate frequencies during the time the spoken words are addressed into them can transform directly by means of a trip process from "high" to a "low" status which is not dependent on the strength of the sound or strength of the frequency to which they are set or even the strength of the electrical potential at the input.
