Sloping roof structure steel scaffolding component - with slope adjustable rotatable hooks and frame adjusting tubular unit

The steel component is for use in the erection of scaffolds on roof structures, which may have any degree of slope, and where the scaffolding must be exactly adjustable to the pitch of the roof, for safety of personnel working on it. A tubular piece (3) of the frame is drawn out and fixed in place by means of a plug, for adjustment of the frame (1) horizontally to the roof structure. Use is made of rotatably set pitch-type hooks, (2), for hanging into the roof battens, and adaptation to the degree of slope; and there are displaceable pitch-type hooks (4) for adjustment to any width of roof batten.
