Compression anchor consisting of a tension bar which is pressed in the ground with a concrete body and which, in the region of the free steel length, is surrounded with a plastic tube and has a reinforcing element. This reinforcing element consists of thin walled tube (16) and is arranged at the start of the force induction section from the steel to the concrete. Specifically, the thin walled tube can be produced from perforated or can be pressed. It runs conically at the earth end (9) and is fixed to the tension rod.
