Integrated levitated magnetic transport system - has permanent magnets and solenoids for controlling the magnetic effect

The integrated magnetically actuated levitated transport system has vehicles with permanent magnets in the vehicles. In addition to providing support, these permanent magnets are used also as energising magnets for the linear drive with steady state magnetic fields. The magnets are arranged into bending and torsionally stiff structural components which are held on vehicles so that they can move vertically by active or passive spring system and they are damped. The magnetic effect of the structural components with magnets can be varied preferably at their front and rear ends by the current flowing through solenoids.
