The mill comprises a main body to which blades of wear-resistant material are welded and tempered, the grooves between blades being filled up to the free blade height with a casting composition pref. of synthetic resin. The disintegrating body is produced by butt-welding the blades in the form of flat strips of soft-annealed material onto the main body of soft-annealed material. The grinding body is then trued and tempered, the blades are ground, and the grooves are filled with the casting composition.
