TV camera for monitoring late night pharmacy services - is actuated by push-button and is remotely monitored

Pharmaceutical services are supervised through use of an additional television camera operating in conjunction with the already provided prescriptions box, and emergency information units. The television camera can be actuated by a pulse produced by a push button and then operated without being noticed from outside. On being so operated it may then be monitored by a person in a room remote from the pharmacy. The length of each successive operation may be preset so that the respective television receiver monitor can then revert to normal television reception operation. The system is used for pharmaceutical dispensing after closing hours, and instead of bell contact actuation of the supervising television camera use may be made of a selenium photocell.
