An arrangement of aerials is for receiving several separated wavelengths in the microwave band, and consists of one horn aerial for each wavelength, with a variable directional element for directing the incoming signal to the appropriate aerial. The directional unit consists of a dish set at an angle to the incoming signal, and such that it can be driven by a motor to point in at least two directions. Aligned with each of these directions is a horn antenna each suited to a particular wavelength. The numbers of such aerials is not limited to two. A more complex though similarly operated mechanism with a Cassegrain aerial system with a large dish (31), a reflecting element (32, 33) and double aerials (61, 62, 81, 82) at each receiving element may be used.
