The three-phase network monitoring device comprises at least one reactor, together with resistors and an evaluation circuit. Three phases (R, S, T) are joined together at a point (F); the reactor (C1) a and a resistor (R1) are inserted in one phase (R); a voltage divider (T1) is inserted in a second phase (T), and the evaluation circuit (A) terminals (M1, M2) are inserted between the reactor (C1) and resistor (R1) in the phase (R), and are inserted between resistors (R2, R3) in the voltage divider (T1) in the phase (T). The evaluation circuit terminals (M1 M2) are connected to a rectifier network which in turn is connected to a comparator which is connected to the output.
