To control the atomizing of the fuel at the burner nozzle, the pressure is controlled in a pressure chamber by a spring-loaded needle valve in the fuel supply connector duct. The control point is set by the position of a stop in the path of a collar on the valve stem. A magnetic valve connector allows the pressure to be released promptly when the burning stops. Compressed air connector supplements the pressure at the lowest rates of fuel supply. The device claims a greater range of control than when using known methods.
